Okay iv been looking ALL around and still cant find a fix for this, i realize there is a bit of a support issue with the X1xxx series and windows 7 BUT i recently got a X1950PRO just 2 hours ago and still cant get it to work with windows 7 x64. This is FRUSTRATING considering i was running it FINE with a OLD ass ATI 9600 Atlantis just a few hours ago! Download SAPPHIRE X1950 PRO Drivers for Windows 7, 8.1, 10, Just update SAPPHIRE X1950 PRO drivers for your device now! Download the latest Windows drivers for Radeon X1950 Pro Driver. Drivers Update tool checks your computer for old drivers and update. I tried the windows drivers, the vista x64 9.1, 9.3 drivers and i keep geting the same problem! When i install the drivers it says i have to restart, i restart, the screen res is finally nice in the login screen looks beautifull then when i login it looks perfect the res is fixed looks like it worked then bam a few seconds in it freezes and my monitor refreshes and crashes and my pc reboots! Im in safe mode now PLEASE HELP! Iv tried the vista 64 bit drivers no go either. When i sucesfuly do install a driver and boot up windows 7 at the login screen the res is fixed it looks like its working then when i login after a second or so it freezes sometimes gives me the bluescreen screen crash. I dono does that mean its a PSU prob? But my PSU should be good i mean i tested it and its been working fine its a Ennermax 460W DC output +12V 33A and im only testing this with 1 HDD 2 case fans and a gig of ram no drvies pluged in at all either.
